Pros

You'll definitely get hours. Lots opportunities for machine experience and advancement in Supply Chain. I work for DHL Supply Chain whole COVID-19 is in full swing and our warehouse worked 80 hours a week sometimes 7 days a week. They hire from within way more often. Opportunities to move up and around if you're skilled enough.

Cons

Varies from warehouse to warehouse but management is lacking. Most supervisor and Managers protect each other and play obvious favorites. They also hire fresh out of college people who don't know what a barcode (LPN, SKU, UI) is. If you can't perform, you won't get a chance to drive other equipment. You have to prove you're a hard worker before you are allowed to operate other equipment. No pay raise for operating more skilled equipment. Everyone starts at a base rate, which is much lower than other supply chains and even tops out at a lower rate than other supply chain or logistics industries START employees.

I have a lot of good things to say about DHL. The company really cares about their talent. Benefits are good. The pay is good.

Cons

Only bad thing is the micromanaging of some supervisors.
