      good change to work with top companies in insurance, bank industry and to know good people htere. high possiblity to use latest technoligies and have good freedom to use your own idea

      Cons

      tight time schedule some time cause too much job and too much extra working time and you would never get engough rest and tons of complaint from you wife and you children, for your lack of time with them
