Pros
There are ALWAYS growth opportunities for those who work hard and are willing to expand their knowledge. It's a very big company but still manages to feel small. I always feel that my ideas are heard and sometimes implemented!
Cons
It can feel very 'corporate' sometimes and in general, the company is risk adverse so there are a lot of checks/balances that can create roadblocks but are ultimately for the betterment of the organization.
