      Peers. There are a LOT of good people (non-senior leadership) to work with and know what they're doing.

      Cons

      DH Pace hires and promotes managers that are unable to LEAD. They offer very minimal management, are incapable of leading, and gloss over broken revenue and GP% records like the budget wasn't even hit.
