      Nothing - they will run you into the ground and expect you to be happy about it.

      Cons

      Leadership is racist They preach an inclusive and family oriented culture but are hostile, micro-managing and demeaning Human Resources team is unhelpful and biased Company is completely old school and not open to modernizing
