Lack of direction is destroying the business. Those managing haven't done the role so they can't help when needed. Training seems to be a ticking exercise, get through quickly and not ongoing support before another batch of people hits the floor, overwhelming those already out. Long service not rewarded properly. Loyalty means nothing now, you here to do your job and nothing else. It's upsetting to see how simple changes are not deployed and instead revenue it's talked about as if it's the only thing that matters, at any cost. Basics are ignored. You can't build a house from the roof down. I understand a business is here to make money but there's not much of a plan or structure, decisions feel rushed.
Staff are not kept informed. South Africa plans were sold to us like the next big venture, what's happened to that? Staff are unhappy and left unable to trust management or told to put good reviews here. Sad to see where we are. Bad decisions linger and there's not quick recovery from them, those still left need to work harder while those at the helm have another meeting. The different departments don't communicate well leaving deep pockets of dissatisfaction. There's not incentive in many areas to work hard when the rewards little.
