Pros
The culture of coworkers was better than some other jobs.
Cons
-the management would constantly lob absurd amounts of "inspiration cult bs." I don't mean that it was on the walls. I mean that the work group chat was either slurs about customers "*censored* abusing the inbred people of *censored* for profit.", or some discussion of how not getting 20 sales a week was really just your fault. It was almost impossible to parcel out what management wanted from me through it all.
-no transport to neighborhoods was provided, meaning you were liable for gas, so on.
-many workers aren't even provided business cards or hats, essentially, the company fails to invest neccisary value in sales representatives.
-the software used to fill lead info in was labyrinthine, and would contribute to immense confusion over how much money you had actually earned.
Overall, this work environment reminded me immensely of a pyramid sceme, with deceptive pay to match. I was told I would get between 500- 2500 a week, whereas I usually took home about 125, handing in about 10 clients per week. In addition, any workers in this position are 1099.
