Quality of work / life balance

Company is technologically in the stone age. No passwords or firewalls are used. Software is homegrown DOS based program that does not meet real world needs. Can never get the same piece of information twice. Owner refuses to use Microsoft programs. Owner has also recently unofficially retired, and there is a massive power grab going on. What used to be a nice place to work is now full of back stabbing, ulterior motives, and distrust. Shrinking business.
