- Management based in England leaves much to be desired - Management seems to be primarily focussed with escalations landing on their desk and very little with day to day operations - Set expectations are inconsistent and a lot of the negative corperate values are overrepresented - Heavily compartimentalized departments limiting cooperation - Personal development/career journey is not taken seriously - Working from home is not permitted, but is advertised in their vacancy postings - Lack of coordination and resources makes it difficult to perform your duties - Majority of employees in department view the company negatively in general
