      -16/hr was competitive at the time. If it's grown to around 18-20, it should still be competitive. -They never made a fuss about paying overtime -Opportunities for more responsibility if you look and ask

      -Haphazard organizational structure -I have never heard coworkers whine harder -Almost no communication between workers and management

      Pros

      DFC Company has awesome people and leadership. Employees seem to truly enjoy their jobs and each other's company which makes the work environment fun to be in. It has been a blast working here!

      Pros

      Pay was decent with plenty of overtime. Benefits were good to.

      Cons

      Company is slowly shedding employees including myself. I was terminated because I had inquired about matching the pay of a job I interviewed for and was then told I wasn't welcome back for the 2024 season.
