The management is not technical enough to understand the deficiencies in their technical leadership

- great product - especially the techy guys are very good in what they are doing - big compliment to the product owner that is not just a smart guy, but has great spirit and motivation - interesting market

Dexma has great potential but for several reasons the company does not succeed the break-through. In my opinion, this is caused by the fact that there is a lack of flexibility and not having an open minded attitude. New ideas or ways of thinking are not really welcomed and the company is lead by investors pressure and a bunge of strong nationalists that do not really embrace the fact that the company has to position itself internationally in order to grow. If you are interested in working for a start-up where flexibility, creativity and an open culture is encouraged, Dexma is definitely not the right spot for you.
