Pros

The company has a great idea of trying to help the homeless. Pay is pretty good as well & benefits are great & paid for the company if it's only the employee being covered.

Cons

The company lets supervisors do what they want, but then accuses the entry level employees of things that didn't happen & terminating them. The union doesn't do anything for the employees. Several instances were not handled by the union after being asked to help handle the situation, causing the entire situations to be ignored. They also allow employees to sleep, shop on Company computers, etc. instead of working. MOST Supervisors & upper management just ignore this & the notifications that they receive about it. And instead give the one who notified them a "Talking to" regarding how they notified them. They "Claim" to have an open-door policy, however some supervisors demand that you follow the "Chain of command" even though the handbook clearly states an "Open Door Policy Company" which means you can talk to whoever you want that you feel comfortable with & the handbook states this definition as well. Their policy is to wait until someone is actually being hurt before you can step in to pull them off the other person, even if it's a fellow employee. You can't have Motherly type instincts/reflexes, such as throwing your arm to the side to prevent your kid from going through the windshield or grabbing a client's jacket to prevent them from hurting several other people around them when they lunge towards them. You have to wait until they are LITERALLY beating the person/people up before you can step in. And the cops near most locations in Seattle, may or may not come to assist. So, you can't rely on them to come help. You may get a phone call several hours later asking if you still need assistance. Don't get me wrong, I fully support the police, they just drop the ball on coming to help at several locations. Getting an on-call supervisor to come help in a situation is like pulling teeth. Most are working their own positions at the same time & can't leave, so you can't rely on that either.

Pros

Pay and benefits are great, a lot of pto.

Cons

Not a great company for POC in leadership roles. You will also receive very little support from higher ups, and must manage heavy emotionally taxing days with KPIS.
