      Very low indexation.Mysterious criteria for indexation. With time you get annexes for salary decrease as you have to paid more for each ear experience by law.

      If you dont want to work and just go with the miimum, it is a perfect place for you.

      Tourism is an interesting industry, multifaceted work, nice and international work environment

      Personal development and trainings not supported, no advancement opportunities, poor management, low pay, supervisors are not promoted based on qualifications leading to poor management, processes are not efficient
