Since the company's employee size is less, you can get good name easily among higher management which will help you to get onsite opportunity if you belong to Tech Support team
Cons
Management is very worse. There is no standard here. Everything will be biased. If you play corporate game you can survive here. Learnings will be very low depending on which team you are in. They won't let you grow easily. Policies are very worse. Less pay. Forget life, only work.
