Zero Training, zero use of the CRM, sales management mislead figures and make excuses rather than fixing problems, as soon as you question the status quo you have a target on your back as senior people just want to ride out till retirement rather than grow the business or admit anything is wrong. Culture of bullying by middle management and huge turn over of staff, regions and teams are completely Silo'd duplication across every country wasting time and frustrating clients simple fixes are available but middle management just repeat over and over its not the Denso Way, when you approach senior management middle management begins bullying, demanding that no conversation internally happens without their consent to ensure they control the narrative, fake opportunities reported to senior management to fluff numbers etc
