      Pros

      Half day Friday, it will never get old but that is it.

      Cons

      Poor, old fashioned Management processes although slightly more up to date than the IT Systems both not relevant to 2020. A run to the MD if you don't get your way attitude. rather re-hire old employee's than promote from within. 99% aging male population.

      Challenging work Great people Stable

      Cons

      Top management consists mostly of workaholics and expect the same from lower level colleagues. Too many expectations and too lean of a workforce frequently leads to burn out at all levels within the organization. Pay, bonus and healthcare are mediocre.
