Pros
The pay is really great if you can make it past your probation. Sounds easy enough but with a temp Agency as their only form of HR they intimidate and fire anyone they want without any reason given .
Cons
As mentioned above , the biggest con here is the way the company runs . All temp workers , little training , all intimidation about getting fired or moving up . (Dog eat dog) They will let you go with no warning or explanation and that’s okay with them because you’re from a temp agency . Good luck actually getting on with the company . The stouffville plant is fairly new and extremely unorganized . There is not even enough work to keep the day busy . The environment is very very loud , very dirty, and you’re not fully explained on the risks of all the cement chemicals you use .
