      Pros

      $35 an hour but you can do better in other companies

      Cons

      Starting with the high school games such as he said she said and that is coming from the supervisors. Extremely poor communication. They will change your schedule and not tell you. I have emails and pictures of everything done by them and still they have the balls to say it was not so.

      The company allows us to carry our own equipment, so we are already comfortable, familiar and trained with it.

      Cons

      It's a contract job, so there are no benefits, and we are responsible for paying estimated taxes.
