Poor leadership with no regard for employees - Sales Representative DD Group Employee Review

Great people, Christmas party OK

Two faced management Mostly female sales staff and managers Can be discriminated against if you are not a girl when applying for team leader or management roles. Only care about profit and less about staff motivation. Most sales staff working from home due to Covid-19, so sales office very empty. Staffed being reviewed due to future of company and Brexit. Can be side lined if you have a bad day. Management not capable of handling mental health issues or providing proper support. Claim to be available for a chat but are always busy. This company doesn't care about retaining staff and when people leave, desperate mugs are bought in to fill their place

I worked at DD Group for just over 2 and a half years. I thoroughly enjoyed my time there and made some very good friends along the way. I recently left as I had received a job offer that was just too good to turn down and I had to give it a go, I didn't leave for any other reason. I would recommend working at DD Group as an Engineer for any potential candidates.

Pay is a bit on the low side until you get time served and experience.
