DCX is very oriented toward doing provocative, culture-leading work. People here really believe in what they do. So every strategy assignment and campaign feels very mission-led. The agency is small, but person for person, it has really high levels of talent. Very good at strategy and at campaigns that generate earned media. Lots of really interesting pro bono campaigns where everyone gets to be creative and serve local communities.
Cons
Lots of pressure to come up with and push through big ideas even when that's not necessarily what the client is looking for.
