Pros
They are flexible with remote work. Most people are nice. They try to have activities often. You have independence in your projects. It's a decent place to learn depending on which team you land in.
Cons
Salary extremely low, they will try to fight you to the last penny. No real opportunities of growth nor real benefits. They make irresponsible decisions that result in layoffs. Some teams have toxic people and there are internal resentments about who gets a promotion or who doesn't. Inexperienced leadership sometimes has no idea what they're doing and they try to reinvent the wheel as the "big thing" that will change "everything". Some team leads should never be team leads, not everyone is made to manage people and should stay in operational roles. Some people that are inefficient stay hired because they have been there many years and not because they bring real value to the business, older employees cover for each other.
