Extreme pressure to meet unrealistic targets whilst attempting to tackling excessive case load numbers. No structure with regards to covering work for colleagues. Hostile management who have no consideration or empathy, & only know how to pile on work. The company has a crazy turnover rate and have consistently made people redundant over the past year, delayed pay rises and progression.
