      You'll get to see soe of the best Supercars for paintjobs

      Cons

      Engineering doesn't exist, everything is just Jugaad. Engineers exist only for supervision. Workers and Mechanics supported by DC are boss and don't listen to anyone Avanti had many flaws and the management (including DC) wasn't ready to listen, so the product failed.

      If you want to do meaningful work in the social impact space, this is a great start. A great leader who cares about you, talented and passionate coworkers, amazing projects!

      Cannot think of any particular cons. Processes and culture is being built over time but overall great workplace.
