I've been with the company when it was a family-owned company called Schuff International, or Schuff Steel. It was sold to a private equity firm, who fortunately kept many of the management in place. Loved the people I worked with
Cons
Being in the office, the communication between departments was always a challenge, but where isn't it? Continued education wasn't valued as much as it should have been thus hampered upward mobility.
