Pros
The money can be good and pretty much unlimited overtime especially if you're a good worker. Rotating schedule so you have days off during the week if you choose to be off. Full benefits after 90 days.
Cons
Work/life balance could be lacking if that's is what you desire most then it can be a hard schedule to work, especially overnight. 12 hr shift are too much for some.
