Country leadership needs improvement - Executive DB Schenker Employee Review

Lack of clarity and transparency from top leadership especially when company goes thru integration. People are worry of uncertainty and demotivated however no action from leadership. Even after 5 months of new management took over, no townhall was done to communicate on direction and plans.
