I liked the work schedule 6am-6pm. Work 3 days, off 2 days, work 2 days, off 3 days and so on.

Zero communication between mid to upper management to employees.

Many exciting projects to manage as well as opportunities to learn new skills. More imptly, my CITO & SG CEO back then were very supportive with true leadership.

None that cannot be improved with time and under the excellent stewardship of the mgmt team. And all IT infra issues, especially involving customers, are always resolved in a timely & responsive manner together with my other peers in Apps Team & Network Team.
