The culture here is so welcoming and positive that you'd be crazy NOT to want to be a part of the team. Compared to other contact center and BPO providers especially, Datamark is one that stands out as a place to retire - all because how they treat people.

Where to start. The office is out of space instead of moving or allowing remote or hybrid they bring more people to the office. The offices are stupid no one can hear. No flexibility because they micromanage. Under a microscope and treated like we are in school with silly office rules. No one is happy, everyone looking for a new job.
