The executive leadership team is a joke. They tell the CEO only what he wants to hear, not what's really happening or how the rank and file feel.
The CEO is pushing hard to get everyone back into the office, saying that's how work gets done. We've been working remotely very successfully for the past 18 months; profits are up and we're making money. His view of the world is his only - you better agree or move on. Many are moving on.
Very few paid holidays. They throw in 2-3 floating days to use for things like the day after Thanksgiving and MLK, when most companies give those days PLUS a couple floating days.
Poor project planning and execution.
No bonus structure with meaningful bonuses, even though the company is making a lot of money. They could be much more generous considering the amount of profits coming in. If you're desperate enough to hire on, negotiate a high salary, you won't get big raises or bonuses going forward.
