Hybrid working n flexible working hr is only for selected staffs. No SOP you will not told what is your job scoop but get remarked for something you didn't know you are supposed to do. Too much favoritism going on overheard the in charge of the company telling my co-worker that he will leave the 2 isolated workstation for her if there's anybody she don't like can ask them sit there. Basic purchasing job scoop making sure invoices price tally with actual quoted price but was told I was doing unnecessary job when I check it.
