Pros

While not as well known as some of its competitors, DAQRI is a serious player in the AR space and has the potential to overtake the competition in a surprise attack. Kind of an underdog because they are smaller, but extremely ambitious and undeniably making great progress. The leadership team has gotten some amazing new additions in the last year and a half and the momentum is strong. - If you are the kind of person who takes initiative and can work well with others, there is incredible potential to make an impact on both the company and the future of wearables and AR. - Inclusive atmosphere where diversity is welcomed. Refreshing and awesome to see women, POC, and LGBT represented in leadership positions. - Terrific perks, as mentioned by several others. Good insurance plan options as well, with the company covering a up to 100% depending on the plan you choose. - Very meaningful to be part of a larger vision that has so much transformative potential.

Cons

- Startup culture is big here, so work-life balance can fall by the wayside at times. It is getting better though. - Commnication could be better, though it has improved. - The different offices don't feel particularly cohesive, there's a bumpy distribution of culture.

Pros

It's a great place to work for its strong research and development support. The company is in relatively smaller scale compare to their industry competitor; which indicates a lot of opportunities and challenges to offer.

Cons

The reality of the market is harsh to any innovate company in AR devices field, the business forecast is nowhere close to ramping up in the near future.
