Pros
DAI is full of excellent people who are in development because they want to make a difference. There is a big focus on realizing a vision of being a global development company - with corporate offices in London and Belgium, but also Nigeria and Pakistan.
Cons
The corporate team above all of the different business unit is exactly that: corporate. While it is always clear they want to make money, it isn't always clear they want to make the world a better place. This sometimes results in a large disconnect between them (especially the CEO) and staff.
