Really positive, energetic and caring colleagues. They will go out of their way to help, even when their workload is also a mess.
Cons
Company going through a tough time, recent lay-offs, people being asked to put more on an already full plate. Pay isn't horrible, but promotions slow to come by, no loyalty to people who give a lot of themselves to the work.
