The owners are genuinely kind and generous people! The work is very challenging and stimulating - never boring. Working with the people in our company is one of the best parts, the culture is very family friendly/oriented.

Rapid growth over the last few years have created some turbulence, stress and growing pains, this is to be expected, however management is doing their best to make improvements to the processes and culture.

Easy access and availability to owners and upper management. Always looking for ways to improve the day to day processes. Enjoy the Ride, have fun in what we do. Very flexible when it comes to family and schedule. Retirement plan and good vacation policy. Material handing is a lot more complex than I thought!

Even though upper management has an open door, don't feel that they take our suggestions very seriously. Medical and Dental benefits could be better. Unless you are a sales person, no real career path established.
