Unfortunately I can’t speak to some of the points you listed as not being there but I can speak to bonus and promotions. DAC has regularly paid profit sharing and this year we moved to a variable bonus program. We proudly just shared details of that bonus to our employees. While there are many companies who haven’t been able to share bonuses, we are again sharing monies with our staff who have worked hard to help make DAC successful. And DAC promoted 40%+ of employees last year and we anticipate that number to increase this year.
