Beware - Account Executive DAC Employee Review

I realize not all employees fit with every company culture. I am saddened to hear you felt this way while at DAC. No one should ever feel like you did. I am surprised though since our most recent employee survey details a very different story: Let me share the most recent survey results which has 81% of the Rochester office affirming “Overall, I feel this organization treats its employees fairly”. The company overall received 84% response to that question. I will also add this one: 83% of employees feel: “DAC encourages open communication and I feel comfortable voicing my opinions/concerns…”. Companies receiving scores in the 80 percentile generally means the company is on the right track. If you have specific details you would like to share with me confidentially I would welcome that – regardless if you still don’t work at DAC.
