AE Review - Account Executive DAC Employee Review

Inability for senior leaders to "read the room". I have seen some of the best AEs struggle with their role and it was not necessarily their fault. Used to be an awesome place to work and alot of my former AE colleagues would agree. The workload is too intense and I have seen too many AEs leave not because they did not like the work, but leadership was not stepping in to find more efficient processes to make the AEs lives easier.
