Pros
PTO was decent, some coworkers were genuinely great people.
Cons
Not a lot of career growth options. Very strict with how you can do things (templates are written out for what you can say on the phone, what words/phrasing you can use in emails to clients, etc). Began to rely too heavily on AI, with social media content and website content (which were once written by actual copywriters, who were honestly some of the hardest working coworkers I had) becoming almost entirely AI generated, and really went downhill in quality. Management started to become over controlling to an uncomfortable degree. Pay is low for where the office is located, and raises were always bare minimum. Promotions were pretty inconsistant, and it was almost impossible to ask about career growth plans. Over time, KPIs became increasingly stricter, and management would ignore employee concerns about their bandwidth being overwhelmed. Most Coordinator to Account Executive employees would regularly work overtime to get everything done since all work was tracked by management, but were told that they couldn’t log overtime hours.
