You get paid on time.

Awful treatment of employees. Promised training and support staff of 3. Was promised never having to do certain tasks. None were present upon hiring. Was asked to do the job of 4 people, to make up for staff of 5 that left the company. Often without asking and was treated like a 'jack of all trades' contrary to position title. Management makes comments about the way females dress, from the size of their heels to whether their attire is 'short enough'. There was no office for about 6 months, management felt it was appropriate to have employees work out of a cramped condominium with status reviews in the bedroom. Management will change their ideas on projects so often, that if a person is not somehow able to deliver a project that is not congruent to their skills, they are deemed incompetent. Have been trying to establish a presence in montreal for 2 years to no avail, and have had headhunters fire them because they cannot justify pulling people out of established companies to work at this awful place. They have been around for 13 years but are worse than a start-up. There is no structure or process. When asked if they prefer to split clients or territories, the response is 'you will get paid'. High turnover for a small company. Lost 5 employees in the span of 6 weeks in main location and 3 in the span of 2 weeks in the Montreal location, without being replaced and employees that are left are expected to pick up the slack without extra pay. The most awful, unprofessional company I have ever worked at in my life. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy.

Amazing team and great vision for the company in 2018. Working with D4iS Solutions and it’s team is always a pleasure. Management team is very strong and includes various specialists in each domain of expertise. In my opinion, the key to a great company is to know the strenghts of it’s members and, in this case, D4iS Solutions clearly demonstrate the application of that principle. In their strategic plan they include every possible aspect and include their employees, allowing space for them to grow, using their strenght and working on their weaknesses. Confidence and collaboration is what makes this compagny such a success !
