Very supportive team in overall departments. Mainly, I had a great experience with the employee responsible for content correction and cohesion, it sharpened and polished my overall work.

I got one "performance review" after nearly 2 years in which I was told my work was overall good but there was room for improvement. After I questioned what share of my work I should pay more attention to as I wanted to do a better job, I was told "I don't know. I never read your work". The same management would schedule several pointless meetings of 2h-3h (which are not paid work hours). I needed to wait 2 months to receive my first salary because the responsible department couldn't figure it out
