Mis-selling is overlooked Racist and homophobic comments made to employees with no repercussions Lack of meaningful communication between management and staff, management don’t care if your not selling but refuse to fix any problems that plague sales agents from doing their job properly Passive aggressive emails and comments draining the mental well being of staff to the point where staff have to take health and well being leave to cope with the stress put on them Confusing commission structure that is made this way to make you (the employee) as little money as possible and management as much as possible
