The D&M location in which you worked provides a terrific opportunity for anyone who is able to take advantage of our system and client support protocol. We are not like a car dealership and many agents find that initially there is a stiff learning curve, especially if they have worked in a traditional dealership setting in the past. Our sales system is tried and true, in fact the office in which you worked has the best closing statistics and highest customer satisfaction rating in the company!
This issue with your absence and friends accident is regrettable. I have looked into it carefully and apologize if you felt burdened by our manager's actions. More accurately I feel it was a miscommunication as we were trying to cover the business leads you had taken in your absence, not get you to return to the office. In any case we try to provide a family-friendly work environment, closing at 6:00 in the evenings, working only every other Saturday, (flex schedule for Senior Agents), and taking holidays off. A productive corporate culture is forged by the success of its contributors. I hope you will find a career that fits your personal talents and needs. We wish you all the best!
