Poor management, one of the “co-founders” is very toxic to employees, fired every single employee that was “not a fit” including the product creator, sell psychometric tests for better hiring but they have almost 100% turnover in less than 1 year, dangerous way to manage partnerships, let you believe they listen to new ideas but no action is actually taken even if many employees agree on the same subject, ... to name a few
