      Fast moving where performance is rewarded. Dependability and accountability are very important. Fast Growing company. Management seems care about employees.

      Cons

      Small team so work life balance can be a challenge. Still small Compared to major competitors in the market. Not much training. Sink or swim mentality.

      It's a small operation so higher salaries and bonuses.

      this is a small business unit of a larger umbrella company so don't look for any say in how things are run.

      Pros

      Hybrid working 2-3 days on-site per week, although it's not always your choice which days (see Cons). Frequent free lunches and taken out to lunch. Some good people

      Cons

      If VIP visitors are coming in then you _must_ be on-site those days. High staff turnover. Unusual dynamic with the Eng Mgr's husband being the external consultant electronic design authority.
