Pros
Great technology (badly executed).
They have some awesomely smart people
Cons
After leaving they do not pay bills and use you personal info for company business.
Company does not understand how to operate in a US environment and does what it can to circumvent the rules of business in the US.
Being able to work on a variety of projects.
Having full access to engineering help.
Flex Schedule.
The company owner really cares about the people.
It is a great company to work at if you enjoy radio, radar or processing systems.
Cons
Pressure to meet sometimes outlandish deadlines.
Structure issues. The company needs more structure in the the planning department.
