Cons
The company scaled up a lot and very fast, and the management wasn't able to keep up with it. There's utter chaos and confusion on what must be done and when, impossible deadlines, and unclear (most often absent) requirements.
The CTO and most of the heads of departments are out of their depth, completely lacking the management skills (and sometimes also the technical skills) to understand what's not working, why, and how to fix it.
Overall, the company is still run as if it were a 20-people start-up, but now with more than 350 employees.
