- the trailers are not cleaned thoroughly after each run there is spilled milk and food all over the floor and the trucks sit most weekends with the refrigeration off I would say there's mold growing in probably 90% of the trailers -Was supposed to be all new equipment to this day they're still running old equipment -Was told Tuesday through Saturday with Sunday and Monday off was working Monday through Saturday with only Sunday off -every time I turned around the runs changed adding more stops - the amount of product coming off a truck increased exponentially every time they change runs -not one single Store employee is happy with the job or the support they get from upper management - loss prevention tells the store managers that the drivers will steal off the truck - they are trying to do their perishable deliveries the same way they do their general merchandise deliveries it doesn't work and instead of them hiring somebody from any one of the major food service companies to help implement this plan they went with other large retail chain Logistics alleged experts on setting it up - never any communication from management except for the tell you what your run is for the next 2 days - they will never help you get your benefits straightened out if there's a problem but they're real quick to drop your family from the benefits if there's a minor issue
