Pros
Only and Only pros is there are alot of down time, and they are flexible with you taking care of personal issues outside the company.... because they believe they are doing you a favor and you will not find another company that will allow you those privileges.
Cons
Management does not respect the employees, the company doe'snt spend time to train the employees efficiently, the company doesn't value the employees unless you are kisisng their you know what, No raise of pay or bonus, If you are not in the circle then you are considered the enemy, If you don't attend company functions they hold it against you, they love to feed the employees because thats the only thing that they believe the employees are worth. Whenever they terminante an employee, they laugh about it with the other employees. Its a revolving glass door in and out just like how you got in.
