The nature of construction is the majority of the work is during the summer and can make it difficult to take time off.

The $ was good that's about it. They claimed to have great benefits and looked good as far as onboarding and claims for being against sexual harassment but I was not certified or trained for flagging until I was questioning them about the driving position and why I wasn't offered it and why they did not train me or realize I was not certified for flagging and needs to be trained for certification. And I was never given anything showing my certification even after asking for it several times. HR was very rude and condescending and refused to give me what I requested.

I applied for a driving job I was qualified for and was asked to Flagg until it was available and when it was posted again and I applied for it again a coworker told me "they don't put women in trucks " So I asked HR and was laid off and feel they are sexually discriminating and when asked about it was asked if I would " like to continue working or resign ?" Whichade me feel very threatened and even tho I said I wanted to work they cut my hrs then laid me off immediately
