Pros
-Great Health Benefits -Diverse workforce -Ability to work remote -Some extremely creative, dedicated, and hardworking people
Cons
-Poor/unqualified C-Level leadership -"Best Practices" is a foreign concept -Little to no growth opportunity -Overworked and understaffed -High and surprisingly quick turnover Both prospective and current employees will be bombarded with buzz words like "culture", "values", "growth", and "opportunity" - and it's all smoke and mirrors. If you're looking for any kind of administrative role, know that: -They will claim to offer competitive pay, but do not -Most entry to senior level positions wind up getting off-shored to much cheaper labor as soon as they're able to, in order to save costs -In terms of career growth opportunity, "middle management" doesn't exist here. It's either directors/executives/VPs, or mid to senior level positions - and 90% of the latter are off-shored. The ceiling here is shockingly low. Generally speaking, this place is an unorganized circus. Much of your time will be spent trying to put out fires without appropriate or adequate tools, support, or resources - all of which will be on top of your “regular” duties/responsibilities.
